About us

MoDefy was born from a rich heritage of artistry and purpose. Its founder descends from a lineage of revolutionaries, playwrights, designers, and artisans — including Don Florencio Lerma, one of the Quince Martires, and acclaimed literary figure Cristina Pantoja-Hidalgo. Raised in a creative household where design meant emotion and intention, she studied at UCLA and UP, merging aesthetics with sustainability.

Her global experiences — from eco-volunteering in Shanghai to being named Green Ambassador in Hong Kong — shaped her belief that design should inspire and uplift. Today, she channels her passions into MoDefy: a brand, an artistry where culture, comfort, and curated living come together.
